Rescue 7 is a 1980 Mack Chassis (formerly an FDNY hazmat engine) with a 1990 Kenco Body. In 2001, the Friendship Fire Company simply could not squeeze another tool on its rescue truck. The search for an inexpensive rescue truck to 'hold us over' until funding was available for a new one led us to Ogontz Fire company. Formerly Ogontz Rescue 5, this truck was purchased in 2001 and has served us so well, we may rechassis the apparatus as it is.
