All blanks must be filled in. Please allow up to 2 weeks for a representative to contact you after receiving this form.
If class room visit is requested a TV, VCR, and a Cassette Tape Player may be needed.

There is no cost for a tour or a visit; all hand outs are supplied by the Friendship Fire Co #1.

Please allow approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours for your tour / visit.

Depending on the age of students and weather conditions there may be some outdoor activities with the group
